Rebranding a pharmaceutical brand
for a new generation of consumers

Coventic, a marine collagen brand by Damao Pharmaceuticals, had a strong niche in LATAM but needed a premium identity to stand out in an overcrowded collagen category.

The goal was simple. Create a brand world that feels pure, modern, and grounded in science.

  • Branding
  • Website
  • Social media
  • Packaging

Chapter 1: building the marine world

We began with the core truth of the product: collagen derived from the ocean - potent, pure, and deeply rooted in nature. The idea of the Goodness of the Ocean became the foundation of Coventic’s universe. It guided the visual language, the packaging system, and the storytelling.

Every design element was created to express marine beauty in a subtle, elevated way.

Chapter 2: fluid that’s minimal and approachable

To own a premium space, Coventic needed a voice that feels relatable yet sophisticated. Across the logo, website, and social presence, the communication stayed consistent.

Minimal. Fluid. Confident. The hero banner introduced a musical, flowing identity that echoed the smoothness and glow marine collagen promises.

Chapter 3: bringing the brand alive

Motion was at the centre of launch communication. Packaging, digital storytelling highlighted the vitality and life of marine collagen. The calmness of the ocean became a recurring idea in the digital experience.

The hero section on the website used soft motion and music to represent flow, glow, and transformation. The design didn’t just show collagen benefits; it made the consumer feel them.

CHAPTER 4: ready for global markets

With a cohesive identity and a defined brand voice, Coventic is now prepared for launches in Central America, the UAE, and Thailand.

A brand that once blended in is now distinct, premium, and globally relevant.

CHAPTER 5: ONE GOOD SIGN AFTER ANOTHER

“We’re very excited to tell your story, and the stories of all of the other objects here,” we said to the sandwich board. The sandwich board jostled, agitated. “What? You think a sandwich board can’t tell a story?”

“No, of course, we just thought we--”

The sandwich board snapped shut suddenly and authoritatively. “I’ll tell my own story, thank you very much. We all will.”

We nodded to indicate we understood and then slunk away, deeply embarrassed.
